To receive Form I-20 you must submit the following items:
- Fill out Application Form, Affidavit of Support, and Credit Card Authorization.
- Attach a copy of the Passport for all applicants and Bank Statement.
If self-sponsored: submit your personal bank statement showing a minimum of $3,175 per semester available. If your spouse or child is accompanying you, please add an additional $1,000 per dependent per semester and include copies of their passports.
Note: Most recent bank statements must be on official bank form accompanied with certified English translation showing equivalent funds in U.S. dollars
If you intend to be sponsored by another person: the Affidavit of Sponsor Support form must be filled out and signed by your Sponsor.
The same requirements as above should be respected.
- Application Fee $100 (non-refundable).
- Non-refundable $350 SEVIS fee (to pay go to: www.fmjfee.com) for Form I-901 or fee payment receipt if already paid. Mailing fee of $75, if you want the I-20 mailed to you via FedEx or DHL, etc.

TOEFL Test Preparation
Our TOEFL Preparation Program focuses on the comprehensive and hands-on practice of skills and application of test-taking strategies necessary for successful achievement of desired TOEFL scores. Students will learn techniques and strategies to maximize their chances of scoring well and continuing their studied in American colleges and universities.
